Job Title: ESG Lead

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our ESG risk data team forward. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to foster a culture of excellence in capturing and delivering timely and accurate ESG data.

As an ESG Lead, you will oversee the RepRisk ESG Research analysts in striving for excellence in their work. This involves coaching, developing, and supporting new and existing talents within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performing team culture that strives for excellence in ESG risk data capture and delivery.
  • Support the development of new and existing talents through coaching and training initiatives.
  • Drive projects and initiatives that enhance ESG data curation processes.
  • Cultivate goal-oriented teamwork and data quality through engagement and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of leadership experience with at least three years in a technology company or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Capacity to overcome challenges and implement creative solutions.
