We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support agent to join our team. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers via chat, email, or phone.
- You will respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- You will use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
- You will stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
