Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Lead to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, this role will play a vital part in supporting the growth and success of our accounts and sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our technical stack, including Hub, CRM, Zapier, JustCall, Dialer, etc. They will work closely with the Director of Sales Ops to ensure all sales teams' needs are met, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead flow initiatives.

This dynamic role requires a rockstar who can build zaps in Zapier, learn CRMs quickly, and automate workflows to create efficient processes. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning new things, and have a passion for problem-solving.

In this role, you will take ownership of setting up and managing tech integrations using Zapier, creating new reports and dashboards in the CRM, and successfully completing the entire CRM configuration SOP for new accounts.

As a resident expert on our sales systems and processes, you will manage rep adherence to CRM process across sales teams, troubleshoot lead flow issues, CRM integrations issues, or any other tech-related issues, and ensure data accuracy in Looker Studio.
