Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and tools.
