ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Processing non-complex orders into relevant systems, working closely with internal customers to meet agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Resolving any issues that may arise through effective communication with internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in order management / order-to-cash, preferably with prior SOS experience.
- Excellent data interpretation skills and working knowledge of computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
