Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to oversee all aspects of our company's accounting operations. This role involves leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis is also essential.

This position requires leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial analysis, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the accounting team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
