Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis expert to lead research and advisory services for global clients. This role demands an in-depth understanding of financial planning processes, technology, and the challenges faced by FP&A leaders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leveraging technology to enhance financial planning processes and possess a strong grasp of how financial planning technology can address these challenges and benefit finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for FP&A processes and technologies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning software.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to develop authoritative research and advice that addresses the priorities and challenges of senior finance leaders.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Stay ahead of developments and issues across financial planning technologies and processes.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in large multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies associated with financial planning processes.
  • Experience in integrating financial planning process with operational and business strategic plans.
  • Established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the CFO.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CFA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
