We're seeking a highly skilled Captioning Expert to spearhead our captioning team in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write Persuasive Captions

Craft engaging captions for a range of content that drive engagement and conversions.

2. Develop Model Voice Profiles

Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model, ensuring consistency across all captions.

3. Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows

Build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for caption creation, review, and scheduling, collaborating with Quality Assurance to ensure all captions meet quality standards.

4. Content Calendar & Coordination

Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions, anticipating high-traffic content periods and preparing ahead.

5. Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven

Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, keeping captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.
  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing.
  • Previous exposure to adult-themed content (in a professional or agency setting).
  • Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
