We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to contribute to our team's success in Australia. This role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new business clients, manage existing relationships, and support the Business Development Team in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the Business Development Team to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development within the outsourcing, offshoring, or BPO industry is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
