About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Southeast Asia. Your primary objective will be to increase market penetration and adoption of Payoneer's products and services among SMBs and professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and onboard new SMB customers for Payoneer across all verticals
  • Focusing on acquisition of B2B customers, identifying and approaching prospective customers and building a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and playing an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs
  • Exceeding individual sales targets, both # of clients and GMV for Payoneer's SMB and particularly B2B business


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a top quota carrying business development manager, with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas
  • Proven success in selling payments or ecommerce solutions to SMB customers will be advantageous
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
