Responsibilities
As a Senior Property Sales Executive at Seanderg Realty and Development Corporation, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Pre-qualifying and closing property sales leads, either generated by the marketing team or sourced through your own network.
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Determining client needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable properties.
  • Providing information about our real estate properties to customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition compared to competitors.
  • Accompanying buyers on site visits, advising them on the suitability and worth of visited properties.
  • Collaborating with the Palawan team for logistics support during buyer visits and property inspections.

Sales Development
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also focus on:
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate sales.
  • Growing sales by fostering relationships with external partners and supporting the creation of a network of sales professionals.
