Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Master Data Management team as an Associate. As an Associate - Master Data Management, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier service within the Master Data Management Service line, supporting regions and countries globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard operating procedures and be able to ensure that all jobs are executed accordingly. Additionally, they will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to business partners.

This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience from BPO or logistics domain. The selected candidate will undergo training to effectively manage activities such as uploading buying/selling rates, handling sales master data, maintaining TMS data objects, and conducting denied party screening.

A high level of customer centricity, effective English communication skills, and good knowledge of MS Office are essential for this role. Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) is preferred. Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain.

  • Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) – preferred.
