Tax Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join our team.
This role requires preparing a wide range of tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit, trust, estate, and gift returns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex scenarios involving consolidations, multi-state, and international issues.
The selected candidate will support year-end accounting clean-up, business tax planning, and projections for high-net-worth individuals. They will also handle IRS and tax authority inquiries, perform detailed research, manage deadlines proactively, communicate progress with leadership, and stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations.
About You- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting experience is required.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- You should possess clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and able to juggle different projects are essential.
- You must be able to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.
- Experience with accounting software packages – QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem Engagement, CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Axcess Document, and CCH Axcess Workstream – is an advantage.
