Amazon Brand Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon brand manager to lead our e-commerce operations. This individual will be responsible for managing revenue, ad spend, promotions, and margins with a focus on growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the financial performance of our Amazon brands.
  • Driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing Amazon advertising campaigns to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Overseeing product launches and scale to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimizing conversion rates through listing copy, images, and content improvements.
  • Using data analytics tools to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinating with supply chain teams to manage inventory and shipping.
Success Metrics:First 30 Days:
  • Familiarize yourself with our Amazon brands and current strategies.
  • Audit listings, ad accounts, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a 90-day action plan to drive results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in Amazon FBA (3+ years).
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Ads and conversion optimization.
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
  • Experience with international logistics and FBA supply chain.
  • Background in supplement, beauty, or pet products verticals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in Amazon brand management or e-commerce operations.
  • No degree required—results speak louder.
