As a seasoned professional in credit and collection management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of customer returns, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately. This includes validating requests for pull-outs and extensions of checks, monitoring bounced checks, and maintaining compliance with agreed terms.

  • Attend to the approval of customer return claims, guaranteeing that all claims adhere to our established return policy.
  • Validate requests for pull-out/extension of check and monitor bounced checks to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of computations submitted for approval, ensuring all data is precise and up-to-date.
  • Prepare request for legal services for the collection of bad debts, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Update and prepare timely Advance Payment Update summaries for concerned customers, including all deductions and adjustments.
  • Monitor submission of Withholding Tax Certificate for customers with Advance Payment and post-adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of details indicated.
  • Compile accurate and timely monthly office sales commissions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly sales reports for Tax Management and accounts receivable aging.
  • Submit summary of withholding tax certificate and compile accurate and comprehensive end-of-year summary of accounts receivable for sales with sales invoices.
  • Supervise and coach credit and collection staff to ensure delivery of output.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of staff to assess their performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any 4-year accounting-related course.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in credit and collection or general accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory position.
  • Willingness to work in Manila.
