SOX Analyst - Semiconductor Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled SOX Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to management
  • Perform follow-up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues
  • Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field
