Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. This includes automated test handlers' sub-assemblies and related components or parts.
  • Responsible for first-level verification of yield and QA failures in manufacturing. Tasks include troubleshooting setups, performing basic tester debugging, and documenting through the MIPS process.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering, submit performance reports, and participate in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.
Qualifications
  • Must have basic knowledge of electronic circuits, ability to interpret schematic diagrams, and familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
  • Ability to operate the equipment and perform simple setups and conversions.
  • Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related vocational course.
  • Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year work experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
