We are seeking an experienced client-focused Account Manager to oversee relationships and ensure successful campaigns. This role involves strategic thinking, project coordination, and relationship management to deliver measurable results and satisfy clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships.
Project and Campaign Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns.
  • Set timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Align campaign execution with client needs.
Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Support contract renewals and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales for proposals.
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Review KPIs with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Bring innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role.
  • Understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software familiarity is a plus.
