This is a unique and challenging role that requires an individual with exceptional finance management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, including account reconciliation, payment monitoring, contract administration, and payroll management.
  • Maintain and improve financial data integrity, compliance, and inter-company balancing; ensure accurate and efficient systems are in place.
  • Record outcomes in CRM systems, such as payment schedule adjustments and assessment results.
Account Reconciliation & Reporting:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all business accounts to align records and platforms.
  • Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations to balance books across entities.
  • Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting with reconciled data, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Invoice & Payment Processing:
  • Approve and process customer and operational invoices in Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and payment scheduling aligned with cash flow priorities.
  • Maintain and update the chart of accounts as needed for reporting requirements.
Loan & Contract Administration:
  • Create and edit customer payment schedules based on variations, cancellations, upgrades, or early payouts.
  • Assess applications for B2B contracts, verifying financial viability and compliance with business criteria.
  • Register and discharge PPSR as required and document all contract-linked transactions.
Collections & Customer Finance Support:
  • Monitor overdue accounts and support collections activities with operations and management teams.
  • Process dishonour fees, administrative charges, and other account adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial and contact data for customers in Xero and integrated systems.
Systems & Process Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the integration between Xero and external payment platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
  • Liaise with external accountants for audits, compliance checks, and ad hoc requests.
