Job Title: Virtual HR Recruiter/Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual HR Recruiter/Manager to manage full-cycle recruitment, create job descriptions and offer letters, build candidate pipelines, and optimize ATS tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring legal and administrative staff.
    • Developing and maintaining detailed job descriptions and offer letters in alignment with U.S. labor laws.
    • Building and optimizing candidate pipelines and ATS tools.
  • HR Compliance & Policy Development:
    • Creating and maintaining compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols.
    • Ensuring compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, I-9, FMLA).
  • Onboarding & Internal Systems:
    • Designing and overseeing structured onboarding and training cycles.
    • Creating SOPs for employee roles, performance evaluations, and HR documentation.
    • Standardizing internal workflows, time tracking, vacation policies, and performance reviews.
  • Law Firm Operations Support:
    • Collaborating with leadership on staffing plans and strategic HR development.
    • Assisting with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and employee satisfaction programs.
    • Supporting the development of a scalable firm culture and retention-focused systems.
