About the Job

The Project Coordinator role supports the project manager and team to ensure timely project completion. They drive project progress by focusing on and executing specific stages of the project plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project correspondence and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Develop project strategies and manage project plans
  • Chair and facilitate meetings, and distribute minutes to the team
  • Coordinate deliverables from stakeholders and assess project risks
  • Undertake required project tasks as needed and handle research-related details

Documentation and Reporting

  • Update project management systems and files
  • Manage project documentation and prepare reports for meetings
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and take minutes

Operations and Administration

  • Oversee accuracy of company-level processes and data related to specific projects and systems
  • Assist in team building, planning, and coordination
  • Collate information and facilitate reports
  • Maintain up-to-date department information across different platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in English and Filipino
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and works well independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced skills in GSuite Apps and knowledge of file management procedures
