  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service and manage client communications effectively.
  2. Call and Email Handling: Handle incoming calls and email inquiries with professionalism and poise.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
  4. Marketing and Social Media: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and manage social media presence to boost brand awareness.
  5. Standard Operating Procedures: Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proactively stay updated on any changes or updates.
  6. VirtuallyinCredible's Guidelines: Adhere to VirtuallyinCredible's set of guidelines for task fulfillment and represent the company's core values at all times.
  7. Data and Information Provision: Provide critical data and information to the leadership team as required.
