Project Development Leadership

The position of Senior Project Development Manager is a key role in driving the development of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project development and management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

This senior leadership role requires exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are also essential for interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential returns on investment. The successful candidate will also oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Additional responsibilities include identifying suitable project sites, negotiating land acquisition or lease agreements, and implementing effective project monitoring systems. Regular reports will be prepared for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project development and management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project development processes, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Beachfront Development.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
