Job Title: BIM Associate

Are you an architecture enthusiast with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)? We are seeking a skilled BIM Associate to support our architectural and engineering project design team.

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to create innovative designs and technical documentation. As a BIM Associate, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Onboarding permit drawings using Revit.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to create schematic designs and tender packages.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and assist in sales planning.
  • Model Revit families and coordinate basic building systems.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, including modeling, families, and point cloud conversion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
