Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building information modeling (BIM) and experience with Autodesk Revit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate 3D BIM models for building services, collaborating with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, aligning with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery, performing clash detection and construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required, providing BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation, familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, producing clash-free, highly coordinated models.
