  • Continuously looking for ways to enhance quality systems and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control supervisory role, preferably within the steel industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of quality assurance professionals
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards such as ISO and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
