About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at New Flavor House, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety for our range of food products. In this full-time position based in Potrero Malabon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing rigorous quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols to monitor production processes and final product quality
  • Conducting regular audits, inspections and tests to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Analysing production data and generating detailed reports to track and improve quality metrics
  • Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
