About the Position

Lec Steel Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Balintawak, Caloocan City.

This full-time role will involve overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organisation, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and address quality issues or non-conformances
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports to track and improve quality performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control supervisory role, preferably in the steel industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of quality professionals
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards such as ISO and Lean Six Sigma
