Job Overview

The Transition Director is responsible for overseeing large and/or complex client-facing projects from initiation to close-down processes.

  • They supervise a team of resources, reviewing and delegating work, mentoring, coaching, and training employees.
  • Contributes to strategy and innovation for products, processes, and methodologies.
  • Represents the organization as key technical contact on programs to customer stakeholders.
  • Communicates with high-profile customers and provides advice to management within their area of expertise.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

  • 10-12 years of project management experience.
  • Expert familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Organizational skills, results-driven approach, and ability to handle ambiguity are essential.
