Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance & Test Engineer to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional quality and reliability. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high bar of engineering quality, improving testing infrastructure and automation processes, and driving continuous improvement of key e-commerce operations.

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks
  • Conduct user acceptance and exploratory testing to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Lead end-to-end testing of various integrated services and proprietary applications
  • Guide engineering teams on testing best practices and coordinate test coverage across unit, integration, and contract testing
  • Prepare and maintain all QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and metrics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior software quality assurance with expertise in developing and executing test strategies
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Proficiency in Typescript and proficiency in API (RESTful) testing frameworks and tools
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing automated testing solutions from scratch
  • Experience in defining performance test requirements and carrying out load and stress tests
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
