Senior QA Manager

As a Senior QA Manager, you will oversee internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams, coordinating execution for cross-team initiatives that require tight collaboration.

You will work closely with the quality assurance management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers. Establishing lightweight processes and rituals will keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

Actively utilizing AI-powered tools will automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts. As the point of contact, you will plan and communicate key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Helping identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management will be crucial. Facilitating retrospective and continuous improvement discussions will strengthen project execution.
