Job Title: Senior Contract and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced contract and quality assurance specialist to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. This role ensures that all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

About This Role:

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in managing CDRLs and QA processes, and will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
