Market Intelligence Specialist

This is a detail-oriented role that plays a key part in gathering market data through a combination of online research and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verifying property information by calling local apartment communities
  • Gathering rental and occupancy data through online research
  • Tracking development pipelines: what's being built, where, and by whom
  • Identifying property sales, listings, and ownership changes
  • Managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicating findings clearly via email and internal tools
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a VOIP system for phone calls
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • A reliable computer setup with dual monitors and stable internet connection
  • Someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
