We are seeking a skilled professional to provide corporate subsidiary governance services to clients worldwide. This role involves acting independently and assisting senior lawyers in delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities
  • You will prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, from incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide according to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
  • You will perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities, ensuring compliance and meeting regulatory standards.
  • You will coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to gather information and/or documentation required to carry out assignments efficiently.
  • You will maintain accurate data and ensure proper reporting, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Law (or last year student) is essential, as well as 1+ year of experience in provision of corporate services to international clients or 3+ years of experience in corporate law field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
