Early Careers & Campus Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage the candidate selection process from campus outreach to final offers.

This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies while partnering with educational institutions. You will work closely with these institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking systems, and making job offers/onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement within the team
Your Skills and Experience
  • Effective business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Amenability to work in a flexible schedule
  • A willingness to work on a contract basis
