Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across various industries.

Your primary duties will involve:

  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Evaluating candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) tools is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
