About The Role

You'll anticipate and respond to your client's needs, creating space for them to think more critically, make faster decisions, and live a more fulfilling life. You'll support entrepreneurs scaling high-growth startups, investors and operators driving successful teams, public figures and creators with thriving platforms, and leaders balancing ambitious goals and busy lives.

  • You'll optimize your client's time and priorities to help them achieve their objectives.
  • You'll manage high-pressure scheduling, communication, and inbox management.
  • You'll drive strategic research and initiatives forward.
  • You'll build strong relationships with your client's extended team and network.
  • You'll craft executive-ready presentations and content.
  • You'll proactively identify opportunities and take initiative before being asked.
  • You'll anticipate challenges and solve problems effectively.

To succeed, you'll need to communicate clearly, confidently, and discreetly; thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; be highly proactive and exceptionally organized; possess strong written and spoken English skills; be tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools, etc.); want to grow in a career, not just do a job; and be fully committed, with no distractions or side pursuits.
