We are seeking a skilled Process Analytics Engineer to join our team. This individual will be a key member of the Enterprise Projects team, supporting process mining and operational analytics initiatives.

">Responsibilities
  • Assist with the evaluation of process mining platforms and design process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources, and translate them into event logs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance and KPIs.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
