The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee documents, creating and maintaining standardized employee folder structures, and organizing historic interview notes within their respective folders.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or heavy industries sector. They should also possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with HRIS software, and good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
The successful applicant will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve set goals and objectives. They will also maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee documents and create/maintain standardized employee folder structures
- Organize historic interview notes within their respective employee folders
- Develop and maintain templates for recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in the mining or heavy industries sector
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HRIS software and other relevant tools
- Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes
