Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaigns Specialist to lead the execution of in-app campaigns through the creation of campaign wireframes, project follow-through, and coordination across different departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work well within a matrixed org structure.

About the Role

The Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for implementing platform campaigns, managing timelines, deliveries, and stakeholder expectations throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery. This includes researching marketing campaign data analysis and operational data, analyzing customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies, and continuously improving key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, sourcing to maximize quality, impact, and efficiency for all campaign efforts.
  • Reporting on campaign progress and making adjustments to ensure their success.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree; focus on Business/Marketing preferred.
  • Min. 1-2 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role; past experience in FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG preferred.
Basic Requirements
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good team player skills and who can work well within a matrixed org structure, communicating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ownership - Able to work quickly and pivot when necessary.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
