About the Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in our growth by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are vital to excel in this fast-paced position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential clients
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system
  4. Representing our company in the best possible manner when interacting with contacts
  5. Ensuring all calls meet our standards and requirements
  6. Delivering reports accurately and on time
  7. Participating in process-improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Scheduling Coordinator, or similar role
  2. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  3. A strong internet connection
  4. A dedicated professional and quiet workspace
  5. The ability to work on a graveyard shift
