Job Title: Third Party Vendor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage third-party vendors within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of BPO vendors, ensuring they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Insight Generation: Generate insights and present them to vendors and internal stakeholders to drive business improvements.
  • Strategy Execution: Create and execute strategies to improve vendor performance, ensuring compliance with our requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve performance-related problems using a Lean Six Sigma mindset.
  • Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in quality performance metrics, such as CSAT, Resolution Rate, FCR, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency.
  • Vendor Accountability: Hold vendors accountable for executing our operational excellence and contractual standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in strategic decisions with cross-functional teams to meet quality and service goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, process, and operational issues, providing quick and conclusive solutions.
  • Improvement Opportunities: Identify improvement opportunities through building mechanisms that uncover improvement opportunities and build effective solutions to improve automation or digitization.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant vendor management or Consumer Operations experience, experience leading BPO operations (preferably in the Consumer space), excellent communication skills, ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrated ability to use data to drive operations improvements, and extensive understanding of our business operations and industry.
