Job Description

As a Third-Party Risk Management Professional, you will participate in the delivery of risk management engagements, collaborating with teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate complex business and technology risks.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement operating models for third-party risk management, leveraging your analytical skills to identify solutions that enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements.
  • Assess the application of legal and regulatory requirements to client practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and business development materials, showcasing your expertise in risk management.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in risk management, preferably in third-party engagement lifecycle (pre-contracting, contracting, and post contracting).
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, information security practices, and contract risk reviews.
  • Exposure to TPRM tools and technology solutions, such as GRC enablement platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, and PCI-DSS.
  • Basic knowledge of privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
