About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Vendor Manager Associate to join our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about supply chain management and vendor relationships. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact on our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in third-party vendor management processes and requirements, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Third-Party Risk Management transactions and Lifecycle Management attestations.
  • Ensure that all third-party vendor transactions are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiencies.
  • Participate and drive projects for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience particularly in vendor onboarding and management processes.
  • Experience with Third-Party Risk Management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate effectively within a global organization working with teams across multiple entities.
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to deliver results.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid set-up with flexible working hours.
