Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support clients on our purchasing platform. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a strong drive to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach across a diverse client portfolio to ensure clients are fully functional on our platform.
  • Manage communications and account needs for lower-tier and less complex accounts.
  • Support onboarding for new clients, including account setup and introductory training.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to address client needs and promote client engagement.
  • Monitor platform usage to identify issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare quarterly business review presentations by developing slide decks and highlighting client health/engagement scores.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for client inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Identify potential sales leads through client interactions and support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
