Fraud and Transaction Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished expert in fraud prevention and investigation to join our team. This pivotal role requires the ability to operate adequate AML transaction monitoring controls, satisfy regulatory expectations, and meet defined requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and combating fraudulent activity
  • Performing enhanced due diligence on clients presenting unusual behaviors
  • Communicating professionally with clients about suspicious activities
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial transactions for potentially fraudulent activity
  • Utilizing monitoring tools and systems to identify unusual patterns or trends

Ideal candidates will possess previous fraud prevention and investigation experience, be willing to work night and weekend shifts, have knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
