Financial Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and tax laws.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will work closely with senior management to develop and refine financial models, reports, and KPIs.

In addition, you will oversee internal and external audits to ensure seamless financial transparency. Your expertise will drive business growth through providing expert-level financial recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, risk management, or investment analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, risk modeling, and global compliance regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools (SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau, or similar)
  • Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
  • High-level leadership and decision-making capabilities
