We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to potential clients to promote our services and products.
- Research and qualify leads based on their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and communication.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and priorities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Generate reports on lead generation, CRM usage, and campaign outcomes to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 6 months of B2B and outbound sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business research tools, including LinkedIn, Google, and Salesforce.
- Skilled in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and build trust with clients.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and technologies.
