Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the optimization and performance tracking of our career site, as well as the overall candidate journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Career Site Enhancement: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage all updates and content accuracy on our career site.
  • Vendor Coordination: This role will act as the primary contact for our career site vendor to manage platform updates, fixes, and new features.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user behavior to identify gaps in the candidate journey and recommend enhancements to improve the overall experience.
  • Data Insight Generation: Monitor and report key performance indicators such as visits, clicks, time spent, conversion rates, and applicant volume.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with designers and branding teams to provide content and creative optimization ideas.
  • Candidate Engagement: Audit and improve candidate-facing communications to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.
