NetSuite Project Manager

• Job Description:

1. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our NetSuite implementation projects.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and strong client satisfaction.

1. Responsibilities include:

1. Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
2. Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
3. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conducting comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
5. Leading and managing multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
6. Overseeing the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
7. Facilitating and leading project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
8. Managing project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team (consultants, developers, etc.).
9. Ensuring adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
10. Managing change requests and scope variations effectively.
11. Serving as the primary liaison between our team and the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
12. Communicating project status, progress, and challenges clearly and proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.
13. Addressing client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
14. Providing expert guidance and recommendations on NetSuite best practices and solutions to clients.
15. Participating in pre-sales calls to help define client needs, estimate project hours, and support proposal/SOW development.
16. Collaborating with the Senior Manager and internal stakeholders on pricing strategy, effort estimation, and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) during pre-sales and early project phases.
17. Assessing client needs in early stages and recommending solution architecture and resource mix.
18. Collaborating effectively with internal NetSuite consultants, developers, and other team members.
19. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members when appropriate.
20. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and tools.
21. Preparing and presenting regular project status reports, including budget vs. actuals, timeline adherence, and risk assessments.
22. Ensuring all project documentation (requirements, design, test plans, training materials) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in scoping, estimating hours/costs, and supporting pre-sales discussions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with US-based clients is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
